Finally Castro And Janet Bandu To Be Legally ''Declared' Dead In July by Court

Ghanaian Highlife Artiste Castro and Janet Bandu will be legally declared dead after disappearing  on a jet ski on the Ada River seven years ago.

Castro and Janet Bandu got missing on the date of July 6,2014 it was incident which happens with Ghanaian Footballer Asamoah Gyan.

Castro who is also known as Theophilus Tagoe went missing during a holidays vacation with Gyan Brother Asamoah Gyan at Ada River seven years ago.

Asamoah Gyan who was with them has spoken several about the sincidents can still explained what actually happens that day. Gyan stated that 'A day before we went to Ada ,he Castro came to my house and said he was on his way to Kumasi and would not join us . But whiles we were on our way to Ada ,on the Accra Tema motorway ,we received a phone call  that Castro want to wait for him.

He added 'We parked as a fuel station where a crowd gathered to catch a glimpse of me. I later got the inclination it was destined to happen because he was initially not part of the trip. When we got to Ada, everything went fine. We were informed to spend three days after we met ,but ended up using the Ski on the second day ,as he said.


In all according to the laws governing the country, an individual can only be declared legally by a court after seven years disappearance.


The Evidence Act of 1975 ,section 33,states that a person can only be declared legally dead after seven years by a court ,where the person in question has not seen or heard from in seven years despite diligent and persistent efforts to find him.
