 I have never received any royalties from Ghamro-Guru

Ghanaian Rapper Guru has come out that he has never received royalties from Ghana Music Right organization.(GHAMRO)

The ''Samba'' hitmaker told Awurabena Unbreakable ,host of Classified Showbiz on Ebn Tv , that he is a registered member GHAMRO but had never received a pesewa from them.

'I have never received royalties from GHAMRO but i registered from the day i started my music and registered all my songs .

In the industry now some musicians has also shared same concern about the organization.

Dancehall Artist Shatta Wale, recently composed a song to express his dissapointment in GHAMRO institution for many years, he is registered with organization yet had never recieved any alert prompting him of his royalties paid into his account.

Guru believe the organization needs a proper structure to promote the work and attract more musicians to join.
