Justice Oteng is a sound engineer which know in the entertaiment firm as Wei Ye Oteng has disclosed that Kojo Nkansah Know in the known in the Showbiz as Lil Wayne is a good actor but in singing he is not qualify to be a musician.
Wei Ye Oteng said, i see Lil wayne songs as a way of entertaining fans and also for attraction.
According to him he believe some songs go viral not beacause the songs are nice but rather the person behind the song. Though Lil Wayne songs are going viral which giving much attention to the public but doesn't make him as musician.
He stated this on Kasapa 102.5FM in a host of Kasapa Entertainment with Preko Dankwa.
Being in the music world for one or two song doesn't count you as musician and i can see Lilwin's songs is for laugh .
