Ghanaian movie Actor" Cum ' Pastor Majid Michel has disclosed that The Registrar General
Department must change their system in a way of marriage .
According to the born again Majid michel marriage must goes in a way of a clean test before allowing the couples to sign up for certificate.
Speaking to the media recently ,he said institution must give a process or formula to challenge couples and also giving the a right education on marriage before awarding them with certificates.
He beleieve some people just walk to the Registra General's Department with their women and the question they ask is you both are not related ? If the answer is yes.
Everything is disclosed they will just let you sit down and sign .
He brief everything saying Partner or couples must get serious training and well equip in educating on marriage before they will sign up.
